Roads for a better future. Built today.

about us

Eco-Friendly Roads,
Built to Last

At ENSOTECH, we revolutionize road and construction work with eco-friendly cold emulsion technology. Our advanced binder systems enable the creation of carbon-negative pavement solutions—capturing more carbon than they emit. By integrating high levels of Biochar, we permanently lock carbon into the road base and surface. The result: roads that are stronger, more cost-effective per mile, and significantly better for the environment than conventional asphalt.

Years of Experience in Construction and Infrastructure

Our Vision

We envision a future where road construction helps the climate instead of harming it. Our goal is to scale and share carbon-negative building methods worldwide—using innovative technologies that not only reduce emissions but actively capture CO₂ from the atmosphere. In doing so, infrastructure can become a powerful force for climate protection and a model for sustainable development around the globe.

The Idea

We turn organic waste, soil, and a special emulsion into sustainable road and building materials—using a cold production process. Up to 30% plastic waste can be converted into Biochar, locking carbon into the ground. The result: a CO₂-negative method that reduces waste, stabilizes soil, and redefines sustainability in construction.
Our Process

What Makes Us Stand Out

01

Apply Biochar

Spread the biochar evenly over the soil or pavement surface to provide carbon-rich material that enhances stability and locks in CO₂.
02

Water & Emulsion

Mix in water and our eco-friendly emulsion binder to activate the biochar and bind the materials together without the need for heat.
03

Mill the Area

Thoroughly blend and mill the biochar-emulsion mixture into the existing soil or asphalt to create a uniform, stable base.
04

Road Roller

Compact the treated surface with a road roller to ensure strength, durability, and a smooth finish ready for traffic.

Introducing: NovoPave

The Eco-Smart Binder for Sustainable, High-Performance Roadbuilding

At ENSOTECH, we’ve developed NovoPave — a revolutionary cold emulsion technology designed to transform how roads are built. Engineered for performance, climate impact, and ease of use, NovoPave enables carbon-negative paving and soil stabilization without the need for heat, heavy emissions, or short working windows.

Whether you’re building new infrastructure or repairing existing roads, NovoPave offers a smarter, cleaner, and more efficient alternative to conventional asphalt binders.

The Important Part

What exactly is Biochar?

We are proud in our endeavor to change the world.

Innovation through Pyrolysis

Biochar is a carbon-rich material made by heating organic and plastic waste in a low-oxygen environment—a process known as pyrolysis. This innovative method transforms waste into a stable form of carbon that can be stored long-term, making it a powerful tool for climate-friendly construction.

You Might Find Your Answer

Our cold emulsion process uses no heat, produces no toxic emissions, and incorporates Biochar made from organic and plastic waste—capturing more carbon than it emits.

Yes. Our solution meets or exceeds performance standards for many road types and is particularly ideal for low to medium traffic roads, repairs, and rural infrastructure.

It’s been successfully applied in sub-zero temperatures and above 50 °C. It doesn't bleed in heat or crack in cold, and it's not sensitive to humidity.

Yes, with proper engineering. While ideal for light and medium traffic, our system can be customized for higher loads by adjusting the mix design and layer thickness.

Light traffic can use the road immediately after compaction. For heavy traffic or intersections, 4–8 hours may be needed depending on weather and mix moisture.

No special equipment is required. Standard milling machines, water trucks, and road rollers are sufficient for installation.

No. Our emulsion is non-toxic, non-hazardous, and environmentally safe—ideal for urban areas, sensitive zones, and green construction projects.

Absolutely. The system is carbon-negative thanks to the Biochar content, helping projects lower their carbon footprint and meet environmental targets.
