In Magalang, Pampanga, these three elements came together.
Together with Mayor Maria Lourdes “Malu” Paras-Lacson, Ensotech-Asia successfully completed a local road improvement project using the TerraMix cold asphalt system.
The material was produced and installed without heating, mixed and applied at ambient temperature and placed manually by local construction crews. The road was opened to traffic immediately after installation, minimizing disruption for residents and local businesses.
Only a few hours after completion, the project faced a real-world challenge. Heavy tropical rainfall moved through the area. Despite the intense weather conditions, the newly constructed TerraMix surface remained stable and fully functional.
No heating. No hot-mix plant. No waiting for cooling.
Just efficient construction, immediate usability and proven performance under real tropical conditions.
For us, this project demonstrates that sustainable infrastructure is not about future promises. It is about solutions that work today, under real site conditions, with local materials, local people and strong local leadership.
